This is the 5th custom home I’ve built. This was, by far, the best experience. His team the subs, in every aspect of it there’s nothing bad I can say. Nothing.
I would build another custom home with Will Steed on a handshake, and not lose one ounce of sleep.
Most of the other hangar homes, they have a nice home and they have a hangar that looks industrial… we wanted to have something different – to take that hangar and make it a focal point. Will said “we can do that”.
The attention to detail, all of the subs, it turned out to be everything Will said that it would.
The mutual respect that the sub-contractors and team has for each other is very evident.
Beyond the build, he delivers such a complete package. Between the financial aspect of it, Co-Construct and regular invoicing sent by Meri it was always spot on and perfect. The whole team feels like a family, I think that is why we chose Will. He has the same passion, detail, trust, integrity – all those things that you want in a service provider.
